Start off with our roasted veal bone marrow or quail lollies, and sample decadent dishes like our Ralston’s purple rice risotto, seared duck breast, or blackened red-fish.

Our semi-private Gar Room can host a party of 20 while our newly renovated Auxerre can host social events for up to 60 guests. One can also venture into The Burgundy Hotel and find more than 2,400 square feet of event space featuring innovative, award-winning cuisine in an eclectic, relaxed atmosphere. Select from four distinct spaces — one will surely suit your event. Plus, we can help you reserve sleeping room blocks for your party of 10 or more at The Burgundy Hotel.
